Urbanization has been a major issue for the environment and government. It started at the industrial century. The industrial century is 19th century and the centuries that starts to imply technology into common civilian live. There has been arguments about whether if this century benefits us or causes more issues than the benefits. The technology of industrialization made life easier for the middle and high classes of people, it is more faster and precise than human work. The factories caused the people to leave their homes and farms, instead they were force to move to a city where it is closer to the factory and gathered together. The gathering brought some issues, like the Luddities, urbanization, and some major health issues.
The major cause that causes urbanization is factory. Factory has causes people to move into the city, and so the amount of urbanization increases. 1801 only 20% of the people lives in the city, but at 1851 the number risen over 50%. The factory not only caused urbanization issue, it also caused other health issue, and child labor. In 19th century there are child at the age from 9-19 working in factories. The children were trained to work at the factory in a polluted area, and feared to speak to anyone. Before the industrial evolution period children work in the farm help their father farming.
People might not understand the seriousness of urbanization air pollution. Urbanization air pollution has increases stablely, and 33% of urban dwellers inhale toxic air which is equivalent to 2 packs of ciggarettes a day. It also causes to darkened Earth's atmosphere and acid rain, due to the acid rain it causes the losses of large amount of crops.

This document exist, because he hope this letter could be published so people is able to learn more about child labour in cotton factories in 19th century.

author wanted people to help people learn more about Child Labour in Cotton Factories.

The intended audience is citizens in England.

The document is talking about how children had been treated in the factory and how burthen were them to their parents.

Robert Southey lives in England for a while. He seems to have contact with the children at the factory a lot. He has analyze the people at the factory including the schedule of the children. Robert Southey wrote this conversation in a 3rd perspective form.

Oliver Twist
Oliver Twist is an novel written by Charles Dickens published by Richard Bentley. Charles Dickens is born in 7 February 1812. Charles Dickens is well known for his realism and ironic about the characters.
Charles Dickens is one of the most famous novelist during the Victorian Era. Charles Dickens' early childhood life is quite normal, went to a private school. Later in his late childhood life his whole family except himself were sent to jail. This was the turning point of his life. In the rest of his childhood, later on his lived by working in varies of different jobs. A lot of his inspiration comes from his childhood.
At 1833, there was another turning point in his life, Charles Dickens's first novel was published “A Dinner at Poplar Walk”. After then jobs began to look for Charles Dickens. Novels began to published, most of them were related to his childhood.

Florence Nightingale
Florence Nightingale
Florence Nightingale is born in a wealthy British family. Later on Nightingale graduated from St Thomas' Hospital, London. The Nightingale Pledge was took by new nurses was named after Nightingale's honor. 1854 October 21, Nightingale was send (under the authorization of Sidney Herbert) to Turkey among other 38 women volunteer nurses which were trained by Nightingale and her aunt Mai Smith. After a couple of months the death rate did not fall, instead it increases. The death rate increases is not Nightingale's fault, it is because of th e supplies. In Turkey there was a serious lack of medical supplies, equipments, and food. Most of the soldiers died of hunger or disease instead of battle wounds. In the battlefield Nightingale gained the named of “The Lady with the Lamp”.
Nightingale is well known for her kindness toward other patients. In the late midnight Nightingale will send pills, pain killers, and comfort to wounded soldiers. However she does her chores roughly. She would stuff the thermometer roughly into a wounded soldier, pump hardy on the cuff that the patient would thought that their arms would fall off, and threw their arms back to the back not caring were it would land.

Justice defeats the Luddities

Yesterday a rebellion group known as the Luddities caused some serious trouble in Middleton. April 20th, 1812 the Luddities attack Burton's Power Loom Mill yesterday night. At yesterday around 7 p.m. the luddities attacked Burtons's Mill, Burton's mill was well known for unequal treatment for employees. At the beginning of the attack people tried to stop them,but they either got themselves injured or killed. After finishing the raid which took around 30 minutes. The police and the certain employees came out to defend the factory, but a violence fight begun. Around 15 Luddities member were caught, 30 are wounded, 6 were killed. The caught ones will be hanged to death at April 25th .
